Almonds! A Healthy Snack

Having almonds in your diet as a snack may help you fight against diabetes and heart disease. Almonds help to increase insulin sensitivity in people with a higher risk of diabetes. Also, almonds may decrease the levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) in the blood.
