I’m a Mom of 2 boys, a 4 year old and a 5 year old. Needless to say they keep me running around. I love helping my friends and family try and reach their fitness goals. I’ve tried all kinds of workouts and it seems that when my friends are ready to get in shape they come to me so we can find the right workout for them. I’ve run a few of my own Biggest Loser games trying to help motivate people (including me) to reach their fitness goals. I love helping others find that fit person in them.
So here I am, and I am so excited to be a Coach and help people achieve their fitness goals. I would love to be your Coach!
With my first baby I gained about 60/70 pounds. By the time I was pregnant with number 2 (9 months later) I had lost about 30 pounds by walking and trying to learn how to run again. I was good at walking almost every day with my last pregnancy and at the end only gained 10 pounds. For the few months following I did Turbo Jam as well as some running and I lost an additional 35 pounds, and got stuck. That’s when I met my coach Hillary. Having the support of a coach helped. I added Shakeology into my diet, my energy went up, sugar cravings went down – Just felt better in general. That combined with Shaun T’s Insanity, I saw the fastest change in my body ever! 15lbs and down 10+ inches! I wont lie, Insanity was hard, and with out the support of my coach, I don’t know I would have made it through it.

What sets me apart from other coaches?
Like so many coaches, I know how it feels to gain the weight and how that weighs on you. I know how empowering it feels when you take control of your life and your healthy. Lets face it, in so many areas in our lives it doesn’t feel like we have much control. But with our fitness we can take control!
